The Director of the Labor Relations Promotion Group and team visited Toyota Tsusho Thailand.

On March 27, 2025, Khun Wiparat Tongrong, Director of the Labor Relations Promotion Group, along with her team, conducted the second-round evaluation visit at our establishment as part of the Labor Relations and Welfare Award 2025 (15th year).
 

This initiative aims to encourage employers and employees to collaboratively enhance labor relations and welfare management systems within their organizations. The project particularly emphasizes the promotion of bipartite labor relations, fostering a positive working environment where employees enjoy an improved quality of life and greater job satisfaction. Simultaneously, it enables employers to sustain a skilled workforce and maintain business stability.
 

Toyata Tsusho (Thailand) had the honor of welcoming the evaluation team, with the presence of Mr. Pramote Lowsatha (CAO), Mr. Nirat Sukphancharoen (VP), and the Human Resources team, including Ms. Arisa Suejit, Ms. Khemmaya Kiniman, and Ms. Sirarat Jarasteerawat Additionally, representatives from the company's Welfare Committee, Mr. Panya Kamollimrat and Mr. Thanavalrat Chamala, extended their warm hospitality during the visit.
